Fees, Referrals, & Rebates
Standard consultations are $240, of which you will receive $92.90 rebated from Medicare under the Allied Health Initiative for Better Mental Health Outcomes.
As initial consultations will typically go beyond the 50-60 minutes and really set the foundations for our work together, they are charged at $280.
Appointments after 5pm and weekends incur a $20 after hours surcharge.
To access the rebate, you will require a Mental Health Care Plan referral from your GP. This entitles you to receive Medicare rebated appointments for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. This rebate is designed to allow more people within the community to access psychological assistance when in need. The initiative allows persons who are referred by their GP under a Mental Health Care Plan to claim Medicare rebates for attended appointments.
